i didnt, i just got another oem one from trdspraks. weapon r took too long to get back with me with some concerns i had and i didnt have time to wait, i got everything back together but wasnt able to start it cause i'm still waiting on the fuel line, it will be in tomorrow so i can start the car and insure there is no internal damage. and btw, intake manifold swapping is a PITA...haha
cant wait to get the car back, my tein basics should be in weds, and before everyone flames me for geting basics, i rally waiting BC's from enjuku but they were on back order and the f2's need to much to modify to get were i want acording to pete, so i just went with what i know. i dont need a super slam look, just alittle lower then where i am now.

UPDATE:
everyone keeps asking for pics so i figure i can give you guys one, its the intake, or whats left of it. not to mention this is about 75% of it, the rest is still on the side of the road
and this is my rental....haha, not really, its my friend's tc, he just bought a S14 and is enjoying it so he let me take the tc for a week or so, it sucked having to ride the bike everyday

well i got the car running, so no damage to the motor, i also went ahead and since one of the headlights needed to be replaced, i bought another one for the other side brand new to match, i wasnt happy with the painted markers anyways, all im waiting on now is the side skirt to get painted and the tail lights, should have the car back together tomorrow and the coilovers will be in weds, however its bad rain through the weekend so i wont be able to get any pics til the weather lets up. but im so HAPPY now that the car is running and hopefully there is no further damage

same here, i cant wait to be as low as you are
here is a quick pic off my phone of the before and after, if you notice i had to rip the bumper off to get the fire out, there wasnt a whole lot of body damage, but we still replaced the bumper, lip and fender cause the cold air piping dented it. sorry for crappy pics

Not bad, not bad at all. Definitely a little damage but nothing too major. Glad there was no motor damage, while you were in there changing the manifold you should have upgraded to the Weapon-R intake manifold
I'm glad you chalked it up to the fire so insurance would cover it.

well i was looking into the weapon r, but i tried contacting them but they never got back at me in time, plus you have to modify your cai and a couple of other little things, and the gains arent that great, i gave 265 shipped for the oem one brand new with gaskets, the weapon r is 600 plus shipping, i just used any extra money i had and put it towards coilovers.
the list of stuff that needed to be replaced was the hood, fender, bumper, headlight, cai, intake manifold, fog lights, mass air flow sensor, two fuel injectors, engine harness, engine cover, inner fender liners, front lip, and a few other little items, it was actually a big amount of money, doesnt look like that in the pics.

Now that you mention it, that is a nice amount of damage.
I didn't know that intake manifold required modification of other components. Had it been direct swap I would have considered it, thanks for letting me know.
I was more so thinking it would handle the nitrous better than the plastic oem piece.
I never let you know but I did receive the sticker/decal. I haven't put it on yet, I wanted to put mine where you have yours but I don't have a sunroof. I would but UPS lost the 1st one I bought and the 2nd one I bought, that was supposed to be delivered on last Thursday, UPS broke. So now i'm on my 3rd one that won't be shipped out until Friday afternoon so ill receive it on Wednesday HOPEFULLY and fully intact HOPEFULLY.
I can install it by the weekend and roll around FRESH
I have to get a new nitrous bottle too
