I know. Everyone was talking about the CF roof, so I posted a shot. That's why I left TWO empty lines between both of my statements, to emphasize that they aren't the same thing.

yea, but you dont need slicks when your autoxing and you dont need a CF roof when your drag racing.

catch my drift?

certain types of mods suite certain types of driving styles better.

depending on class, you will never be competitive without slicks in autocross

i know.
which is beneficial for auto'xing.
drag racing...not so much.
sure its less weight, but given the amount and the placement, clearly its better suited for people who will actually be turning.

well if you sold your glass roof and then bought the 600 or so replacement, then it would be some what worth it

why dont you cut out the spare tire hole and just put a peice of sheet metal or some alloy there

took most of mine interrior out and weighed some things
front crash bar 14 lb
washer bottle have full 15lb
battery 47 lb
driver seat 50 lb
passaneger seat 45 lb
glass roof 55lb
still to go is the door the whole back and the dash
