weird sound when shifting

mine is more of a "clunk" and you can feel it engage throught the clutch pedal. i just got used to hearing it. it usually happens when going from first to second. and you have to let the clutch out and put it fron first to second to hear it again or it wont do it.

Yet mine does the exact same thing..Im kind of curious what it is exactly

I have a sluggish automatic, though it sounds weird... Good luck with that.

same problem, kind of sounds like a plastic comoponent knocking against the body very close to the clutch. kinda depressing on a relatively new car
