if your car is totaled and not your fault, the other insurance should cover your aftermarket parts too!

ty everyone and regardless of whos at fault i have a great insurance plan, gap insurance, rental car, and insurance on the aftermarket parts so if it is totaled im going to make out like a bandit

 

damn man, that sucks, good thing you're okay, just a word of advice though man, if your a delivery driver, how many pizza's can you fit in a nissan 350z? without having to tilt them to fit in the trunk so the toppings don't slide? doesn't sound like a good idea unless you get another job that you don't do deliveries with.

might i suggest a wrx wagon? or a new sti wagon if you can afford it?

 

You want a 350z? Its a nice car and everything but at 19, having a 2 seater is not practical at all unless you have no friends.

Well sorry to here about this. Hope everyhting turns out alright and the other drivers family is alright. I kow its his fault but no one should have to pay that way. But take it easy and i would see a doctor if you were in that much pain. Alot of things could bewrong you just dotn know it.

 

good to hear youre ok. sucks about the car, but the good thing is that there was a cop to witness the whole thing. post some pics of the car when you get a chance.

if your frame needs to be pulled the insurance co is going to junk it, the tc is a unibody construction so once the frame is bent, its integrity is already compromised
