looking at the surface of thingsw/o xray vision, it looks like all you'd need is a fender, door, hood, bumper, and paint. But that's just looks. As for safety, it might be best it is totaled. Wonder if the front end was tweaked. Did the airbags go off?

no airbags, i got hit from the side....but if you look closely you will see the wheel is bent in. the passanger wheel is bent in to the left but the right wheel is turned outwards. its going to need a lot of work...how much idk!

that looks worse than my wreck and that was at 9000 when they were done with the estimates. I would not know what kinda wheels are those ? cause any cheap wheel is going to bend when in a wreck. I slid off the road and my ____ sportmax bent well at least 3 of them. brakes look good but just from pics. I am not sure bout the axle or control arms either and if those are messed up count tie rod ends and ball joints also. door skin and fender for sure. headlights most likely since i am sure the clips broke. i just upgraded to 08 headlights. bumper and grills for sure. plus paintinghalf the car. thats some were a long the lines you can expect from the estimator. you will need to bring him receipts of all your mods.

dont have to bring recipts, the mods are all recorded under insurance, i pay extra every month to have them insured. I dont know how the underbody looks...i flew up over a median...

im going of what the officer is telling me that witnessed the accident. The road has a speed limit of 45 mph. Almost everyone does about 55 on that road. im guessing he came through the intersection going about 50 (most slow down a bit) and was possibly able to slow down from anywhere from 30-45 by the time he hit me. The cop was telling me he was hauling around the turn but he thought i woulda cleared the intersection when i got hit. from what it looks like the tc took a direct hit to the wheel. the corolla that hit me was demolished lol! MY tc is a tank haha

hey guys i need your advice.
While there is a lot of damage, it looks as if its not totaled unless theres a lot of underbody or trans damage! So here is my predicament. Ive been looking up "diminished value" laws. Im not trying to screw anyone over here or cheat the system, i just want to recoup the losses in value and work because of this accident. My dad wants me to leave it alone but since im 18 i can pursue legal action without him. From what ive read, i have to sue the other party in small claims, not the other insurance but does anyone have any advice for me?

Well all liability has now been transfered to the other insurance company (state farm). They agreed to accept all liability and fix my car back to the way it was. My car was towed to Re-Vision auto salon today where state farm is going to do another in-dept estimate. However im not sure if i can sue state farm or if they have any liability for my dimished value!
