All lip kits are going to hang slightly lower vs. not having one at all. How much depends on how the lips are formed. From the looks of the oem kit, i would imagine it wouldn't hang but maybe .5'' lower than nothing. Personally, the OEM kit doesn't look right on the tC. I perfer a cleaner look than the OEM one has to offer, but to each their own. If you like it, rock it.

The OEM lip kit lowers it about .5-1 inches more or less

Cleaner that this? Gotta give me a "Little" Credit...
