My guess since you have a body kit is that precise handling and performance is not what you are aiming for. All you want is lowering. In that case, coilovers are a waste of your money, just get lowering springs. Coilovers are for corner balancing, setting the optimum ride height for handling (which is about 1.4 inches lower than stock.. you can get that from various lowering springs) and tuning the suspension characteristics. Outside of that, they are of no value.
Just find some good springs at the height you want and save yourself some money.
And if and when I switch to coilovers, hopefully next year, so I can tune and cornerbalance, I will be going for Tein SS-P's at least. You get what you pay for with suspension parts. While a "cheap" set of coilovers may seem fine under normal driving, they will be sub-par when you start trying to really squeeze the handling out of the car.

Suspension/alignment shop. When I make the switch I will be going to my alignment guy, whom does a lot of race setups.
To corner balance, they will set the car on a set of scales and adjust until the cross weights are as close to equal as possible. The same shop should be able to help you set the damping as well, although they may not know exactly what you need for your application. I know some autox'rs have called koni and asked their advice given the type of car and what you are trying to do with it. Koni will also make you the custom valved dampers if you want to spend the money
Most people I know just take it to a test n tune and start playing with the damping between runs. However, I know some setups are hard to get to and adjust on the fly like that.
