alignment settings for autoX or track days
Anyone have any alignment settings they've played with for autoX or track days?
ie. toe or camber?
Also, since I'm a new tc owner, what CAN be adjusted from factory?
Caster?
Camber?
Toe (i know front can, but rear?)?

You shoudl be able to get -1.5 to -2.0 camber using factory crash bolts. Toe is adjustable from the factory front and rear. Caster has no real adjustment using factory equipment.
For autocrossing I run about -2 degrees camber up front -.6 in the rear, about 1/8 out for front and rear toe.
If you don't have to worry about stock class rules then I would say the sky/credit card is the limit on adjustability.

I've got a copy of my alignment specs out in my car I'm sure I can find some time today to post them up.

stupid question: how they set up the alligment? they bending something or the stock camber kit is something like this:
is it easy to loose the alligment fast ( if i drive over a bumper or rails really fast?)

It depends on your goals the eccentric bolt that you have pictured will allow you to get more camber than the stock "crash bolts", but they are not legal to use in the SCCA Stock classes.
When I tried the eccentric bolts I was able to run -2.5 camber, with the factory "crash bolts" I can get about -2 on the right front and about -1.5 on the left front.
If you are not concerned about a particular class to race in you can use what ever you want.
So far I haven't had much problem with the alignment holding using either set of bolts.

no-no-nooo!
its not for that.. im sorry... there would be no bumps-humps or rails on a track :D:D
i was talking about the street. every day driving.....
i dont really know how the alligment things work... my friend said stock cars have no camber kits like that... they have something what they bend or something like that.. and i was like: what??? no wonder you alligment goes bye bye really fast. it means i could go to a shop every weekend to get my alligment fixed..
but i just found a picture about that eccentric bolts and i see thats almost the same thing like those ingalls camber kits......
so there is no bending stuff and things like that.
every car has this crash bolts thing or just my friend is a stupid?
