Any opinion on prostop pads?
want to, actually need to, change my brake pads this weekend. so my only options are stock pads from the dealer for $65 or $50 prostops from pepboys. anyone have experience with prostops? i dont abuse my brakes and my stock brakes has lasted me 54k miles.

i wouldn't give much thought to pepboys quality, seriously. For what you're looking at the dealer's pads are better. The stock pads aren't that bad compared to how worse you could do on the market. Sure there are better pads like Porterfield's R4-S or EBC, etc.. but you want to do it quickly, get the dealer's pads and be happy

you don't have to change your rear pads. At 50k miles, my rear brake pads still have over 60% left.
I got Axxis Deluxe from Dezod's website. They don't make any noise at all. I love them. But Dezod dont' sell them anymore.
check out their site.
