thats a pretty good price being local to you. you should just pick those up and not have to worry about shipping and a chance of your shocks getting damaged and what not. when i got my package there was slits on the sides of three boxes because the shocks seemed to be too big for the box? anyways i didnt have any damage besides alil scratch on one so its cool

I just ordered a set of tein h techs but cant decide between trd struts or the tokico ones..
is there a big difference, and which one would ride smoother?

I bought my h-techs for around 210 shipped brand shipped,

Installation took around 5 hours first time but having a buddy would help alot.
Car rides good now alot better then stock obviously , the drop is a nice and safe drop its not slammed just as someone stated here its a little more then half the gap when you are on stock springs. Ive had them for 4 months now and no problem i didnt even do an alignment , the car is fine no worn out wheels or nothing , its really not recommended to get an alignment, but if your paranoid you should lol

like i said before the tokicos ride real smooth with the h techs, and yea you do need an alignment because when i got them installed my wheels were like / \. The only thing thats not needed is a camber kit because the alignment should do the trick.

are these springs stiff at all? i dont want my car bouncing all over the place and having my tires rub when i have a few people riding in it.

it's stiffer than the stock spring, but not really a issue. I had s-tech and my tires never rub when extra people in my car.

on the tein website it says that the h.techs are made to be used on OEM struts. can anyone prove otherwise?

^^maybe...but i would think that it would still lower the life of the stock strut

^ only if you bottom out a lot i think...but if youre with H-techs it should be ok since its not a huge drop from stock height and the rates are higher.
