BC BR Coilover Install, front sway bar links too long!
So today I decided to install my new coilovers, but I hit a bit of a roadblock while in the process.. I mounted my first coilover for the front, but the sway bar link to SUPER long, it is no where near the hole it's supposed to be mounted to. So I took it off and raised the body as much as I can without messing with the pre-load. I mounted it back, and the link is still around 2-3 inches longer than it should be.. Any help would be great, my car is just chillin' on stands until I can get this sorted out, hah. Thanks!

Are both front tires off the car? It may help to have them both off so there is no weight on the sway bar. You could also disconnect the other end of the sway bar so that it can move freely and you can move it to where you need it.

Have the front end raised, both wheels off, and disconnect both sides of the swaybar to the endlinks. Found this out the hard way doing my B&G install and put a cut on the dust cover(?) of a new B&G endlink, currently still using OEM endlinks. Whenever I do height adjustments I remove the upper bolt for the endlink, don't know if that's what others do.
