Default brake clicking sound

i have this clicking sound from the brakes when i release the brakes going either in reverse or uphill. seems like the wheels moving backwards makes the brakes move and clicks back to position after i release the brakes. the dealer said it was part of wear n tear of the breaks, n ordered a fitment kit for it. does that sound right at all? he said there's nothing wrong with my brakes. why would i need a fitment kit for a normal wear and tear on my breaks? thanks to anyone who replys.

The pads are sliding in the bracket. It won't hurt anything, just annoying. The hardware kit should help.
