Default Brake Pads Question

I was wondering if brake pad replacement was covered under the warranty because im very close to it being done, (less than 400 Miles), and my ebrake light is coming on and off at times

it is not covered under warranty, it is considered "wear and tear"

that is what my dealer told me the other day.

As mentioned, wear and tear items are not covered under warranty (clutch would fall in this category as well).

Pads are cheap and extremely easy to replace though (scale of 1-10, 10 being difficult, they're a 1 or 2).

You're on the right track.
