Brakes, Finally. DONE.

i just installed my stop tech stage 2 and i have the axxis ultimate pads and the are really great, but i do suggest you get brake lines because the perfromance can be felt with those imo, i love my brake system soo much now.
oh and the pads come from austrailia i had to wait 3 months for my kit, mostly waiting on the pads and rorotrs to be manufactured cause of some backorder thing.

Alright... since they were kind of on my radar to begin with... I pulled the trigger on the SS lines... might as well get everything done at once.
Got some Goodridge ones from wesellcarparts.com for $98 shipped. I figure if they're good enough for Gardner's Koni tC, they'll be good enough for autox.

Got part 2 today:
And realized that these are only front lines. For some reason I expected front and rear in the same package.
Got them from wesellcarparts.com for a good price. But the pic showed 4 lines and the page didn't specify so I assumed it was for all 4.
So a question then, will just front SS lines be enough or should I get a rear set too? And if I go with rear, should I sell the Goodridges and get a matching front/rear set (stoptech?) or just use these ones with another set?

OK... maybe I'm just retarded... I looked at the packaging again and I think there might actually be 4 lines in there. I noticed there were more ends than I thought and see 8 ends, so they must just be inside the packaging in a way that makes it look like only 2 lines. But I'm pretty sure there's all 4.

Brakes, Finally. Done.
Took the better part of 4-5 hours by myself today (with some help from the g/f to bleed the lines). Of course the majority of the time was figuring things out since I hadn't done them before - especially the lines. I've done pads/rotors before on other cars, but never brake lines. That... and I'm slow.
Thankfully, once I pulled my head out of my ___ and got a flashlight, it was cake.
Anyway, here are a few pics. I'm awful at documenting this stuff as I go, but if anyone has any questions, please just feel free to ask.
Front rotors, before and after.
Front pads, before and after. They really weren't awful.
Front setup completed. The line in this position was rubbing... I ended up rotating it a little bit clockwise from this view where it attaches to the caliper.
Front again.
Front lines before and after.
Rear lines before and after.
Rear completed...
Only major issue I ran into was that at first the lines were rubbing on the inside of the tires on the front. I ended up loosening them and just rotating the line a bit to move it out of the way. I think they should be OK now.
I did try to follow a somewhat proper bed-in procedure. I think HPS or some other brake site said to do 60-10 about 10 times then let the brakes cool and do it again. So I tried to follow that as best I could, as soon as I could. I did the first set, then had dinner and did the second set of 10.
So far I haven't noticed too much more bit than I had... I assume that's normal and they'll get better as they go? Thoughts?
Oh... and many thanks to Dezod for the pads and rotors, and WeSellCarParts for the lines. Excellent service and prices from both.
