So last week I painted my calipers and left them over the weekend to dry. When I took a drive afterwards I noticed that there's this weird clunk noise coming from the front driver's side. It only occurs whenever I hit little speed bumps or manholes.

I really doubt painting my calipers caused this but maybe it did? Only suspension mods I have are Hotchkis Springs. Any ideas?

 

sounds like ur springs arent seated properly

 

Properly or improperly? It was perfectly fine before I painted the calipers....

and it doesnt hurt to double check em anyways...

also, check all your bolts and your end links

 

hmm i had this same problem, everytime i would make a fast turn id hear a clunk noise and it really tripped me out. turns out i forgot i had my skateboard in the back seat lol
