Default Coilover and alignment

I had my Ksport coilover installed along with an alignment this past Monday. I planned to bring my car back to the shop to get the coilover retune next Monday. Should I ask for another alignment to be done on my car?

I drove the car around so far with the new coilover and wheels about 150 miles and should exceed 200 miles by Monday.

Give me some suggestions.

retuned as in hight adjusted? I would wait at least a week after that just to let them settle to the new setting. I dont know how coilovers settle if its the same as springs but thats how long i would wait.
