I saw the hole in the screw for the allen key, but it couldn't handle any torque whatsoever and was roughly a circle in just a couple attempts. That's what gave me the impression that the whole thing was all rusted out in the first place.

I'm actually going to be up north in Maryville tonight after I register in Topeka (which I was supposed to be in last night), but I'll be in KC Saturday night.
