what would be the best lowering springs for a daily driver? I plan on getting 18's with a low offset and I have sports flares. I'd like to go as low as possible but I don't want there to be rubbing or what not. I'm new to this soooo help me out please

i just finsished a month of looking and 18s with 225s and a 40 off set with Htechs are never gonna rub and be agressive........Stechs will only rub with this combo on ocassion......but the roads here in Seattle are crap so this is my pick..........

Htechs are the best, You can go over anything and everything and never have a problem rubbing or scraping. S techs will lower the back too low so if you put an exhaust, good luck with bumps!

Are you looking for aggressive or clean? H Techs for clean and nice and S techs for aggressive!

I'd like an aggresive look, but i guess clean will have to do. What about 17s with s-techs?...still chance of rubbing? Thanks for your help guys!

I had h-techs. Didnt like them. Not low enough, especially in the rear. I have s-techs now! love them! buying 18's here in the next month. With the right offset and tire size you shouldnt rub. Oh btw, My car is a DAILY driver!

when yo go from the stock height of the 17s with 215s and the 45 profile tire to 18s.......the tile profile goes smaller to 40......but the width can go up to say 225.......this keeps the over all height of the entire tire nearly the same so there are no problems.......it only changes like under a quarter inch taller at worst...........you can go 35 on 17s,but you will need a wide tire like a 245 to get the over all height height back up.........and some good math skills to make them fit right the first time.......I have seen a car this sunday with 245s on it and it was pretty.........
