It wont be back on stands again till next weekend probably, so I may take some there.

The bar stops (the large washers welded to the bar basically) sit inboard of the bracket mounting points on the cradle. The stops are far enough apart that they barely touch those mount points when everything is bolted down. The sway brackets are a bit narrower than those mounting tabs, so instead of rubbing on the rubber part of the bushing, it rubs on the tabs a bit. Like I said, it is a very small amount of interference.

so i tried the stiffest setting today and it seemed like it was to much. so the middle setting is gonna be the track setting for sure.

yep, comfirmation of what engifineer is saying is true. the bracket bushing stoppers welded on the sway bar are in contact with the mounting points. my paint has already chipped off from moving my sway bar up and down. basically i followed the trd torque spec of 26 ft-lbs to tighten the bushing brackets and when i move the sway up and down you can hear a lot squeeking noise which is coming from the sway bar bushing washer stopper rubbing against the mounting point.

engifineer already stated the steps to fix this but its really no big deal.

i did use dans menthod of jacking the rear end up and placing on ramps. then adjusting endlinks to length so not in contact with anything. however, upon lowering the car with the endlinks connected i could hear a lot of squeeking coming from the swaybar bushing washer stopper rubbing against the mounting point. once the car was lowered all the way my rear suspension continued making this squeeking noise whenever the rear suspension depressed. so i disconnected the endlinks with the car on jack stands but kept the endlinks lengths the same and reconnected the endlinks. no more squeek when rear suspension depresses but i know the swaybar bushing washer stopper are still in contact with the mounting point.

like i said its really no big deal.
I have it on the soft setting and its far stiffer then the trd sway was on the stiffest setting.

I LOVE IT!

my car was making alot of squeaking noise, I got under the car and checked everywhere, i found that was coming from the sway bar, then i spray some wd40 and now is no more squeaking noise, but not sure if that was a good idea.

Did you use the packet of lube on the sway bushings?

A good silicone based lube should do the trick. I lube them VERY well, including the ends of the rubber bushing where the stops can make contact. Should not have any squeaking after that. Get the grease into the bushing and smear it all over so there is a good coating of it.

"Silicone grease, I put that $#it on everything" .....

Thought I'd post some of my pics. My suspension is pretty colorful now too!

My Agency Power cat back makes it even MORE colorful down there!

I kinda wanted to stick the decal on the sway bar, but thought that this placement was a little bit better.

Thanks Dezod and Dan!
You're welcome! Thanks for posting all of the great pics.

These are POLY bushings on the bar. Poly = squeaks and creeks. That is the problem with running poly on the street. A white lithium grease would work well to help stop the noises. Other than that, that is the sacrifice you make for better performance.

Haha i was worried I did something wrong cause I have the squeaking too. I can live with it. I have my endlinks set about 1/3 of an inch apart, yet the bar seems to be very close to the control arm. Should I be worried?

That's about how all my sways have been setup, and they haven't hit/rubbed to my knowledge.

sway moves with the control arm, so you should be fine.
