On the street or even with some track/autox use, the regular progress or trd bar should be fine. After you get hooked on autox, and are pushing the limits of the car more (and are comfortable with more rotation) then the 25mm bar is a huge benefit imo.

Find 49 others and then try to talk them into making more

Loved mine through yet another autox season ... and the plumbers tape is still proving to be a much better solution than lube on the bushings.

You used teflon tape as a lube?

Yep, works perfectly. Many others have done the same. So far has lasted longer and does not draw in dust and dirt. Lots of people i autox with have been doing it for years.

Makes perfect sense as that's what's used in teflon based heims for suspension stuff.

Yep, you just need a few layers on the bar, a bit wider than the contact area of the bushing to be sure it is covered. You dont want to make it so thick that the bushing is overly tight and needs washers to space it. I put mine on in early spring and it is quiet as a mouse, even on super cold days, on which a well lubed set still made noise. I cant believe I never thought of it before, but I learned it from a lot of guys (especially bmw drivers with aftermarket sways) in our autox club. Worst case is it wears off and you have to replace it ... which is no different than lubing it really.

I need to lube mine really badly. I guess that means project for when I get home for the winter break. It makes me think something is wrong with my car when driving with all the squeaking.

I have some PTFE thread seal tape. Is that the same thing?

Also my driver side endlink seems to be binding up. Any ideas on how to fix it? I have extended and lowered it to give it more play. But it seems when its under load it doesn't want to move as freely as the passenger side.

I checked and lubed my endlinks last sping. I assume you mean the dezod ones? If so, take them off and lube the heim with white lithium grease. Move ith through its whole range and rub grease on the heim. Make sure it works all the way through. For the threads, a bit of the same grease should be fine.
