Step 1: buy cheapo eBay ETD.
Step 2: keep brackets, throw ETD away.
Step 3: buy quality air damper, like a FOX or Marzocchi (can be found on eBay, $75-120)
Step 4: Frankenstein them together.

Result: an ETD that works far better than any on the market, for about the same money.

Yes, an ETD is a band-aid... but properly implemented, it's a rather effective band-aid.*


*this does not refer to Ingalls, Weapon-R, or NST dampers.

First Off it rattles the crap outta you when at Idle & Reverse!....

I just got tired of being rattled!.....I doubt think it make any BIG improvement...

...and the circular argument continues. Off-the-shelf ETDs are sub-par at best. Mine does not rattle or vibrate (aside from a little rumble when at idle with the A/C on). But mine is built, not bought.
