Default Front swaybar shifted?

Hi guys,

I have a weird problem, after i changed my shocks to trd's i have been having trouble with bumps on the road, a knocking sound.

I finally got fed up and jacked my car, i noticed that the end link bolt is very close to the chassis and is banging on the chassis everytime i hit a bump, i noticed because the chassis is all scraped in that area alone.

Is it possible that they might have shifted the sway bar too much or something in the shop or is not possible to badly position a swaybar?

I do not know if a sway bar has fixed position or not, or if its something i can loosen and shimmy in to place. Or is it just damaged?.

Any help would be appreciated
