Default Good cheap place for Spring Install..

I just bought the TRD lowering springs and I asked the dealership how much they charge for install and they told me 2 1/2 hours @ 65 dollars. I think they are asking waaay too much, so, does anyone in LAS VEGAS know of a place that installs them for cheaper ?

If so please let me know.

$162.50 + tax ?

That's a really good spring install price, I doubt you'll find someplace cheaper.

I got mine done for $212. That included the springs themselves and the installation.

My dealer wanted $200 to just install the rear springs (those were the hard part). So ya, $165-ish for the set isn't that bad for a dealer price.

that is a great price........I went to a private shop and it was over $300 to get it done.so if the dealer ship can do it for that I say go for it........my dealership quoted over $500 for install.........it would of been free if I got TRD and financed it.......but I wanted to go a bit lower......with teins.

You aren't going to find a better deal then that, whether it be another dealer or at a shop. What dealer is doing your install, and what springs are they installing? I will be interested in going there to have mine done too then.

What are you talking about? Didn't you already get your springs installed? I thought Pro Street Auto Performance did yours plus gauges for $250? They charged me $200 for my gauges, so that's $50 for the springs!

what dealership quoted you that price? a co worker was going to get them done at desert and they wanted $500. I had my first set done at findaly and it was $300.

I would at least give Sue a call over at Pro Street Auto Performance and tell him Phil suggested you give him a call for spring install.

Yup, that's where I got mine. $500 for purchase and install. That would be $200 for springs and $300 for install. did you already buy the springs?
Oh, and I asked them about installing sways, and they quoted me one price, then asked if I purchased through them, which I haddent', so then the price for install went up, since I got them somewhere else!!!

Yeh they told me that since I was buying them from THEM that they would discount the install price, so if you ever want to go w/ some TRD stuff, just go through them with everything.

AH! Now I see. I thouht you had purchased them somewhere else and you asked the dealer to install.
That's a good price, as long as you get it in writting so they don't add other charges. You should get it done there.

Then you should cruize up to one of our meets!

Phil,

Yeah I'm sick and tired of the crappy Megan springs...they are wayyy too low in the front and have settled as much as they will in the back (which isn't much), so I'm buying some H-techs and gettin em installed....

Ah, damn, that sux.
To low up front, or to high in the back?
You think your gonna be happy with the h-techs? Jeremy has those, and they look good, but their now low enough for my tastes.
Why don't you just install them yourself when we do matts turbo?
