If you don't have passangers riding in the car for awhile, how long does it take for both sides to even out???

my passenger side front is about a half inch higher than the driver side front. it looks kinda funny, i've had them in for a few months now, i'm about ready to drive around with a few concrete blocks on the floor on the passenger side for a bit.

I was thinking about getting the hotchkis over the trd springs, but I keep hearing about how stiff they are and how they can have some settling issues. The hotchkis drop is so sweet though...

yes they are very stiff. if i push down on my front fender they just barely compress and it's very hard to move. they do look sweet and it has been taking a while to settle for me. my front is finally where it should be at least on the driver side. like i said my pass side is still kinda high.

I had the TRDs for a year and switched to hotchkis. The fronts on the TRDs sit higher then the rears slightly, but they ride great.
Hothckis rides better. They are stiffer then the TRDs, but it lets you feel the road more and they handle better. Plus, that drop is just sexy!

Does anyone have these springs with the RS1 lip kit? If so, how is it?

I am coming to the realization that if I got the TRD drop, I'd just look at it and see an almost negligible difference. Also, I am sitting on stock rims right now so there won't be any rubbing issues...

Well, I did notice a difference with the TRDs. I actually loved them at first. And now that they are on my buddies car, they look pretty good on his. But after a few months, I just wanted to be lower.

And I had no rubbing issues with either sets of springs on stock rims/tires.

my passenger side DID look higher than my drivers side from the front but not the back and after closer examination i determined that my front license plate is a little crooked and that skews my perception of the vehicle.

I haven't actually gone and measured it with a ruler but i can fit the same amount of finger for both the front and the back. and if you don't want to drive around w/ cinder blocks on the passenger side try parking sideways on a slope so the passenger side is downhill, that way the car will lean on the passenger side springs, compressing them, and kinda stretch out the driver side springs.

If you're really worried about stiffness just get the TRD Struts

Do you think getting a CF hood will affect the car's drop? So would the front now be higher than the rears?

i doubt it will make a real difference how much weight are we really saving by going with a cf hood? i think you'd have to add or remove a good 50-100 lbs to even make the slightest difference in height.
