Default Hotchkis Sway Bar Problem

I have the front and rear sway bars and the nut that holds the endlink to the sway bar kept coming off so I fixed it with lock tight.... Now My Front endlink bolt came off

Does anyone else have this problem

Btw my rear setting is in the middle and front is on soft

If you have problems with bolts coming off... you didn't tighten them enough.
