I've got the install and I was able to adjust the height on the rear. I'm not quite sure how to change the ride height on the fronts, because it's not just 2 rings it has 3 and I'm confused.

Yeah I'm kind of a noob when it comes to coils and I didn't understand the instructions. So if you guys can help me out with that it would be much appreciated.

Oh and I have the F&F V2 coilovers. Thanks Guys!

F&F v2 I think are fully threaded coilovers and you would have to lower by lowering the mounting bracket. If it is a fully threaded coilover, do not adjust height by the two ring perches, if you do you will change the spring preload that was originally set. Since you said there are three rings, I would assume you use the lowest perch ring to lock the adjusting mounting bracket. The upper ring perch is for the spring seat and the middle one used to lock the upper perch into place.

If your coilover isn't fully threaded or does not have that feature. You would take two spanner coilover wrenches, that they have provided, and adjust the height of the coilover.
