Im curious to how good the B&G S2 Sport Springs are. I see them on sale on ebay for 150 shipped. Anyone have them? If so can you show me pictures or tell me how they are performance wise! Thanks

These are my current mods!

Tsudo 4-2-1 header with spipe v2 with cel fix, HKS axleback exhaust, Raceland Cold Air Intake, Raceland strut bar, Ingalls Engine Stiffy, Energy Suspension Motor Mounts, TRD Rear Sway Bar, NST 20% Underdrive Crank Pulley with resized belt, NST Radiator Diversion Panel, Hankook Ventus V12 K110 tires, Painted Ford Mustang Blue Engine Cover, Radiator Tie Downs and Battery Tie Down, Carbon Fiber B-Pillar Appliques, Mod Express 6000k HID kit, Blue/White LED Dome Lights and a couple more things I cant remember at the time!

I like what I've done to my car so far but I need springs badly. Sounds like a weedwacker and looks like a 4x4. Luckily on Friday ill be getting rid of the weedwacker rasp I get from the header by having Karns create me a custom midpipe and I hope to soon get rid of this huge wheel gap! I also need to retint my side windows after the cops made me scrape it off and throw in a short shifter and im good to go!

Cuz im a cheap bastard lol jk. Im just a little worried bout that there coilovers cost less then 300 while most are at least a grand for decent coilovers! Intake and strut bar are one thing, cant really go that wrong with that lol. But as far as a drop and coilovers, they worry me that there so cheap, and why are they so cheap. Is it cheaper material or is it that they just like us enough to give us crazy low prices! Just makes me worried cuz im a nubcake!

from what people say they're good for daily driving and just lowering your car. and they have a good warranty with literally no questions asked. so if anything ever happens they send you a new set right away

Do they offer a stiffer ride, less bouncy then springs, and better performance/handling then springs do?

i heard they were bouncy when people slam them to the floor, ive heard they are stiffer then springs but very comfortable and handling for street use is good nothing more then that

the thing is, the suspension is what keeps your car on the ground...i wouldnt suggest going cheap on something like springs or coilovers. doing it right the first time can save you money in the long run if you choose carefully

springs are fine, i run the B&G coilovers, so i can say they are a good company, but ya, its up to you. in my opinion, id rather spend like $50 more and get springs that people here use more widely because they are backed by members etc etc.

"Sounds like a weedwacker and looks like a 4x4"

Hahaha, I love it.

Progress makes some good springs. The most widely used spring amongst tC guys seems to be Tein though!

I'm running bg springs atm. Can't give you a good solid review about them, since they are my first set of springs. I can only say it is a bit stiffer than stock, drops about 3-4 finger gap from stock(depending how big your fingers are =P). Overall they are pretty nice. However, I am swapping those out soon for Tein-SSPs.
