Only if the springs are the sole cause of an issue.

If you stick with TRD, you have less chance of anything happening to the warranty. And best of all, if you get TRD springs and have it installed at the dealer, then there is 0% chance of your warranty being affected. So there are your 3 stages of possibility

The warranty issue will always be discussed. The issue isn't if the part will effect warranty its what happens if the part causes damage to another part of your vehicle. Once that happens it all depends on the dealer and how flexible they are with aftermarket products. If they are jerks about it you can always involve the Magnson warranty act (SP) not sure if that's the name of it.
