Default i need some opinions

hey guys, i'm new to SL and i just got a tc. i plan on workin on the suspension first. i'm avoiding the big drops bc mine has the kit and plus its my DD. i'm debating between TRDs and H&R.
please let me know which one has better ride quality or if i should avoid either of them. thanks in advance

i have h&r coilovers in my room waiting to be installed. i got them so i can adjust the height. ive heard excellent things about the springs. TRD is just too high. very close to stock height.

I disagree that the TRD are too high. They will provide you with enough drop
(approximately 1.25') to give your car a more aggressive look and provide some handling benefits. Also, if you have 18s on it, there is minimal wheel gap (2 fingers in the front).

Also, from what I understand, if you lower your car more than 1.4' inch, it will result in a negative effect on the handling of your car.

Alot of is preference.

TRD = MONSTER TRUCKING. IMO.

get some Tein springs or H&R springs..

if you have the money id say get coil overs...since most ppl eventually want to go lower...

Eibach makes two types for the tC, "Sportline" and "Prokit", iirc.

You must've had the Sportlines, which have a stock spring rate but a very low drop.

The Prokit springs are essentially the same as the TRDs.
