I want Coilovers with dampening adj for under 1000 options?
titles says it.
I was all set to buy the H&R coilovers but i found out they dont have the option to adjust the dampening. i want to be able to dial in my own ride comfort and not have such a harsh ride.
I dont want Megan, and i dont want the Basics.
what are my other options? (i might stretch to 1100 but i really dont wanna go that high)
thanks

i heard that d2, megan, & ksport are all made by the same company, so if u don't want megan, u'll prob not want any of the others either. not sure if tanabe w/helper spring has dampening adjustments, but i don't think so. look into the buddy club n+ specs. they're $975 shipped, but i've only seen them in one place. here's what they say about them in the description:
"optional urethane isolated pillow-ball upper mount design, engineered spring rates, 15 level damper adjustment, and ride height adjustment capabilities"
have u looked into getting the koni's with springs? it'll cost u under $800 prob-u just won't have as many levels of dampening, and have to keep the height the same. trd springs with the konis would cost like $750shipped prob.

i dont want konis, i dont wanna cut the front to install them. plus i want ride hight adjustable
i really wanted the H&R but they are on back order for 6-8 weeks and they dont have dampening adjustments, even tho everyone that has themm loves themm and says they ride nice
i might just wait for them, i thought about kports before but people said the ride was rough, i dont want megan because i dont feel confident in the brand, somethin about them seems cheap. i never heard of d2, and buddy club isnt that popular, i havent heard of any reviews.

^^ well i have ksport on mine and i love the ride... not too aggressive and not too soft.... its just right... its all in how you adjust it makes a difference. when i had mine set at half a turn to the stiff side from the softest (180 degrees from soft), it was perfect, just a tad bit stiffer than stock setting, now i bumped up the damper a bit, approximately 2 full turn from soft to stiff, and it still feels better to me... i dont know what they mean about the ride being too stiff... check out my car pics in the FM cult thread, i posted my current height... if you were just close by to where i live, i would let you test drive my setup... as of now, i still have the hookup of ksport... the price is lower than the GB that its posted on the GB section... i take no commission or anything from them... i just want to hook the community up.
