call me on Mon. and I can go over how to adjust it... It's really simple but you could "jack up" the chrome finish if you do it incorrectly. You need a thin 27mm or 1 1/16" open ended bicycle crank wrench. Or if you are careful regular open ended adjustable wrench

DEFINATELY do not do any adjustments with it installed on the car.. here's a link for adjustment instructions....

it's half way down the page in red text that says "click me"

Use some kind of foam with RAAMmat and there is absoluttely no noise from the bracket. I have too many mods on my car and this one has to be one of the very favorite.

He is talking about the vibrations on the stiffest setting I assume, Yeh I had that for like the first week or so then I either got use to it or it went away...

yea it viberates but its not bad, my top bolt by the strut tower came loose and i just tightened it back down...i rushed to put the thing on since i had work and other things to do the day i installed it ....but other than that its good

oh and if the bolts arent tight enough it will attempt to stall or run a super duper rough idle...which doesnt pose good for the motor since the car is like a bouncing bouncy ball when its like that

make sure that you torque it back down to the factory specs to avoid it coming lose.

I paid $90 to get valve cover, strut bar and 3 brackets (2 ingalls, one of my own) powdercoated.

did you put the braket for the dampner under the strut braket? , if you did that wouldn't you have to raise the other side so its even?

You can't unless you extend the strut tower bolts

in the first pic it went ... car>damper bracket>sway bracket...dc wont fit with o.e. suspension and damper bracket...However...

IT will fit a dc with after market suspension that has the longer hardware that is usually 10mm+ just to anticipate a sway bar bracket...

The thread above is fittment on a hotchkis bar...

he uses dynamat on the other side to fill the gap which I would recommend doing under the Ingalls bracket to minimize resonation..

Anybody have the Ingalls damper with a Tanabe Sustec Strut Bar? Im also running TRD struts in case that matters in bolt size, just curious if I can fit this mod without issues on my setup. Hows the reviews for Auto TC's ?

Well, still no real answers about my setup from Ingalls or CorsportUSA. Ingalls said: "I think it will fit but I want to make sure" but later in the day I got: "the engineer said that there might be a clearance issue with the bar itself". I sent some pictures of my setup to Tai @ CorsportUSA but no response yet. If nobody seems to know I might have to just take a chance, pick one up and inform the community. If it doesn’t in fact fit I may just sell the strut bar if the damper in fact seems to be the better of the two performance improvements.

I have the weaponR damper with the Tanabe bar and it fits just fine. I have the damper bracket on top of the strut bar bracket.
