Just installed Tein Coilovers (No 56k)
Thanks to tcTaco for helping with the labor and tools. Initially this thing was slammed down to the ground but had to lift it a bit for practicality purposes and daily driving. The wheels are settling and tucking slightly. Looks really nice and is coming together...
enjoy...

Actually I love the ride. It's real stiff, we installed the hotchkis sways (front and rear) at the same token so corners at 40 mph are a hell of a lot more fun and there's almost 0 body roll/flex. In fact you slide through corners and hug them like crazy...
I decided to compromise between budget and functionality. I didn't feel the need to have the SS or SS/EFSD setup on my car that I basically drive daily. I just wanted a nice drop/spring rate and a good solid ride which is what I set out for.
The only oddness is some squeek/metal rattling.. but I figured out what that was, I installed an exhaust all in the same sitting (yes we were busy!) and there's some sort of rattle from the midpipe vibrating against something. I need to jack the car up and find out what it is... More annoying than volatile I'm sure.
Thanks for the feedback guys... I think besides some power oriented mods, I'm focusing on a nice set of wheels... 17" silver... (to match the ghost graphics) need to start doing my homework on what's out there.. i'm usually a Motegi/Volk/work type of person but I'm also getting tired of having to wait 3 months for a set of rims lol .
I'll keep everyone posted...
