NCBIGGJ:
I just saw a banner add with your car on it for Viniati, so I checked out the website and saw that dope ___ wing you have!
I checked it out and it said, "Includes shorty antenna which is needed to open the hatch with this wing installed."
What's that all about? Why do you need that antenna in order to open the hatch? Does lifting the hatch just hit the stock one? Will it clear the Honda S2000 antenna?

yes the wing hits the stock antenna. I am not sure about the S2000 antenna. I have a really short billet one. I dont know how much shorter the S2000 one is compare to the stock. It might just clear the S2000. I know it wont the stock one.

The springs are awesome. I love them. One thing I have noticed is they are a little stiffer in the morning or when you first drive it. Takes a couple minutes and then softens up. Like the oil warms up and then they are awesome. I have zero issues with them at all.

I was told the spring rates are 7f/9r. It also says that in the sponsored sales thread.

Anyone else running these yet? I'd like to see more reviews!

You guys always have the option of the D2's. They are identicle coilovers but in purple / black. They are made in the same factory but k-sport and d-2 choose different spring rates and little technical differences. D2's are 7.5 front and 6.2 rear. I liked this rate better for use with the massive hotchkis sways... Just my choice

Well, also on pricing you can typically get a better deal on KSports than on D2's as the dealer pricing is slightly different between the 2 as well.

What is the best price going on the k-sports..? I got a set of d2's for $950 shipped without any discounts, just the normal price.

They are switching the rear spring rate also now. I played with mine some more this weekend and got them set pretty well. The ride is awesome now. rides smooth and still handles awesome.

Call Andy at HPAutoworks for a price. He is great to deal with. 480-829-0565.

KSport's availability on these kits are next week due to some re-design issue. So they just had to do some final tweaks done before releasing. Can not confirm if they are changing the spring rates as of yet.

do you by any chance know where they are made? I know Tiens and Buddy Clubs are Japan, and Megan is China. But who makes K sport?

Well, it's been forever since I have asked the ksport rep but I believe it's Japan.

We get kits airfreighted in all the time just over time it becomes normal so I don't really pay attention from where they are from anymore.

A quick Google search confirms they are made in Taiwan and are made by whomever produces the D2 coilovers.

ETA: here is a link to the manufacturer http://www.bcec.com.tw/
