Let's hope the Megan coilovers turn out to be as excellent. I'm tired of rolling on stock suspension.

I guess I could just spring to have the dealership install it. That way if it starts acting funny, they'll fix it. Plus, the dealership I'd use is literally 2 blocks away. That's tempting.... I know that the rear sway bar totally changed the car (for the better). What settings do you have yours on? My rear is on 'Medium' but I'm thinking about putting it to the stiffest setting (of the three) this weekend..
I have mine on the race setting on both the front and the rear and it rocks pretty hard. There is almost no body roll and the car loves the corners now. Just make sure that everything is lined up perfectly straight before you tightening everything and then tighten everything HARD. We went a few ft/lbs over factory specs just to be sure, but not far enough to break everything. I have been checking the bar ever since it was installed and there is no signs of rubbing or anything.

I had to get my rear bar retightened two weeks after it was installed, but no probs since. I think I WILL go to the stiffest setting for rear this weekend. Giggity giggity. I think you got lucky though, with your front bar. Everyone (and i mean EVERYONE) is having probs with the front one. Though, its not your standard bolt-on, either... Its a pretty big change in your car's set-up..

Ya i have been reading all the posts about peoples sway bars being all messed up, and that's why I have been checking mine like crazy. One thing might be that I live in TN where we have awesome roads (we spend more money on roads, than we do on schools hahaha) and also I don't race really at all (I have only been to one autoX race). So maybe that has something do to with it. I plan on racing a lot more this summer and fall hence the new coilovers, so maybe that will bring out the devil in my front sway haha.

Naw I doubt you'll have any serious problems since you haven't had any yet. But do keep checking. I think you have the only perfect front one in the world :-p

After a bunch of crap I don't feel like rehashing, the coilovers finally showed up. Today. 4 days late. I took Friday off and they'r going in Fri (and Sat. if necessary). I'm all giddy.

You think YOU'RE impatient? :-p I've been waiting for coilovers since I originally ordered the Progress ones on March 1st. (They eventually went on back order, which is why I went for the Megan's) Ten Weeks!!!

Well its different when youre saving for them. I PAID for them, and had to wait this long. :-p Yeah I'm loving them already and they're just sitting there looking pretty. This week cant go fast enough. I can't wait for Friday morning. It's like Christmas in May. (Working on making thumbnails. Gimme 15 minutes)

Ok I changed the post that had all the 4-megapixel images in it to just have a link to a page with thumbnails that lead to full size images. Relink:
