Default Monster Motorworks Rear Strut Bar - Installed

Took delivery of a shipment of Monster Motorwork Strut Bars today. I couldn't get the bar installed quick enough. The finish on the bar is second to none... Bar is polished and very high quality. Welds look very good as well. Install took less than 15 min and only required a 14mm Wrench and 14mm Socket, and a jack. Once installed, I reinstalled the storage compartments as well, this had been discussed before. As you can see in the image on my site, the rear carpet fits perfect with the storage units installed. At this time I have 10 of these bars instock for quick shipment. Get your orders in asap and enjoy the looks as well as the benefits of the rear strut bar...

Images are posted on our website...

Thanks
James

hey break away you are a troll. all you do is comment negatively. and you follow this topic pretty close for someone who doesnt like the product. and what do you have against monster motor works? if you dont like their products then thats fine. but i did see you wanted in on that group buy for the plastic radiator plate. for someone who was saying how monster's radiator plate doesnt work that seems kinda stupid to me.

stop trolling these posts and keep all your smack talk to yourself. you PAID to get sponsored. you clown taek and say he doesnt have real sponsors, sponsored or not taeks car is spanking yours. i wanted to see if you could really back up all that smack you talk, checked out your cardomain. not impressed.

mahalkita28, i follow every thread i posted on. and yes, i got dr. isotopes because it doesnt go way past the radiator (like i stated), and it is only $30, alot cheaper and better IMO then mmw.

Sorry that i dont liek this product, i guess i cant post negetive about a apart if others like it and i dont? when theey come out with stuff that i see fit, or i like, then i will like it... not a big deal. i dont have anything against mmw, i just dont like the current products they are putting out.

as for my sponsors, i DID pay an initial fee of $89. but you ask around to others that are through CS, and see if they have all the sponsors i have, and also see if they are FULL sponsorships.

$89 was well worth the $1000's worth of things i got

to each his own, dont bash me cause i dont like the product, im sure there is something i like and you dont, so can i bash you for it? no... its retarded

Hmm, the front sway bar is hidden unless the front tires are off. The intake and header is under the hood unless one sdfrives around w/o a hood. Springs are hidden unless you display your car w/o the wheels on. Speakers are hidden behind grilles or door panels. Amps are usually hidden unless on display on an amp rack.

Point I'm trying to make is, maybe some peeps like having their mods hidden or what some refer to as "stealth" mode.

I like having my front 10 subs under the friont seats out of sight. I like having my amps out of sight. I like having my DVD Player, switcher box, and signal amp hidden. I like having my Ground Force co-axials hiden behind the door panel. I like habving my custom kick panels in black so that are somewhat hidden. My Randode.com cold cathode lighting kit is pretty much hidden until I turn the lights on. My short shifter is hidden unless you notice the height of the shift ****. The 4 inch screen in my rear view mirror is hidden unless I turn on the system.

How about when I install my reground cams?

Just a few examples of hidden bling and performance.

yes, i know there are lot of things that you cant see easily like a front sway bar

but here is the dieerfance

front sway bar, hidden and is functional... actually works

rear strut bar, hidden, and ISNT functional, doesnt do a damn thing.

Ok, have you conducted any testing to show there is no movement or flex back there?

Did you know that after the bar was fitted and taken for a "spirited" drive, that there was some shift?

Whether you want to believe it or not, there was some movement back there.

Maybe some drive their vehicles to a different limit than others.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion based on their own personal experiences. I'm basing my opinion on what I saw and my understanding of suspensions thru my experiences from organized track racing thru SCCA and AFM.

The strut tower bar for the xB practically serves no purpose. The strut towers are part of the firewall.

You seem to be quick to the derive that the rear strut bar is none functional and isn't much more then bling, you must have done extensive testing and own the bar to know this don't you? If you havn't and have never tried the bar out before quit bashing the bar like it's a fact it doesn't do anything, it might be your own OPINION it doesn't work but dont' go telling everyone that asks about it , that it doesn't do anything as you yourself don't own the bar and haven't tested the rear to see if the bar has increased rear chassis rigidity.

i have my opinion, you have yours. there is no testing out there, its like court, my word against yours. if you think it helps, by all means, get it. i think its pointless though.

my .02

It's not that you can't like it, it's that you have no business coming into a companies thread and dissing thier products when you know nothing about them.

How do you know no testing was conducted?

Words in court hold no basis unless it is supported by evidence. Words are just testimony, and for them to be fact are usually backed up by some sort of evidence, ie, pictures, video, the item in question, and so on.

Testimony is also backed by the courts if you are deemed an expert by a judge for which one has previously testified about a specific field of expertise.
