Show me where DC Sports proved that it's needed. Or where Hotchkis proved it. I know both of them very much help but they didn't have to jump through hoops to get you to keep your mouth shut in their threads.

break,

that last set of comments was for instigator. . . .it made some references about the tC unibody, saying it was made more rigid by toyota because of the glass roof.

sorry about the mix up..

trial performance parts would be great for the consumer, but not really partical. ask, you may get one for a demo.

I like the bar and I will get it. Y is everyone making such a big deal about this break_away character. He stated his opinion, if u agree, don't get it, if u don't, get it. Simple as that. It seems he likes to talk and be heard but I have much bigger things to worry about. I will show pics of the bar installed once I get it.

Sorry that i dont liek this product, i guess i cant post negetive about a apart if others like it and i dont? when theey come out with stuff that i see fit, or i like, then i will like it... not a big deal. i dont have anything against mmw, i just dont like the current products they are putting out.

as for my sponsors, i DID pay an initial fee of $89. but you ask around to others that are through CS, and see if they have all the sponsors i have, and also see if they are FULL sponsorships.

$89 was well worth the $1000's worth of things i got

to each his own, dont bash me cause i dont like the product, im sure there is something i like and you dont, so can i bash you for it? no... its retarded
The rest of you guys can beat a dead horse all day long on the strut bar. I consider it very much like high school behavior asking for tests on a rear strut bar. Even Cusco doesn't have proven performance tests on some of their high dollar bars... so you all argue all day long if you want!

In regards to Mr Break Away... CarSponsorships.com is not a sponsorship. You have 0 Sponsors in lamiens terms. You paid $89 to get discounted product is all you did.. When was the last time you got free stuff? I saw your car at Hot Import Nights, nothing on it was even impressive in terms of sponsorship. In your own signature, you post you are Sponsored by DUNLOP Tires... Yet you roll your new 19"s on Pirelli... What since does that make... I tell you right now, If i did that to one of my sponsors, they would be taking me to court for their money back. And just so you know, I do know alot about spoonsors. From Scion to Mazda, I am sponsored on a corporate level. Just to give you a lil insight, I love helping my sponsors by traveling, promoting their product etc, however they help me too... They pay for my travel, my meals, my hotels... Damn near evertyhing... and you know how much I paid to get sponsored? $0... Think about it... Do your research, you will see you are caught up in a big scam and have 0 sponsors.

You wanted facts, facts have been given... Just not on the Strut Bar

i am currently rolling on pirelli's cause my dunlops havent arrived yet.

and james, take is as you will, but i see free springs, tires, diamond plated floor mats, stoner car car products, bulbs, underglow, as well as other things 100% free (except my $89 fee), was well worth it. what i got from CS was very rare. only 5 people get it at each HIN show. so for all the others that apply, and get accepted at CS (practically everyone), only get free graphics, and other discounted things.

when you saw me at HIN, i didnt have all that much done to the car, so i agree with you, i wouldnt be impressed either. i still need to install a few things that are laying around the house right now.

i definetly agree that a triangular or multiple point reinforcement would be better.. . .but you can't always get what you want, you get what you need.
I dont actually work for Toyota, although many of my clients do work for the company, Thier corporate HQ is less than 5 miles from my house. Im sure I could get some technical documentation if you would like, however it may take a while.

put on my MMW rear strut bar and drove around some twistys last night. i couldnt really tell you if it makes a significant difference, but i'm happy with how my car handles, and that's good enough for me.

i am going to have to go with break on this one i do not see a real reason why the tc needs a rear upper strut bar. i never and will never buy anything from weapon r or mmw and i will continue to tell all the local car clubs and forums the the same (even though most of the hardcore tuners already practice this).
