Default my suspension is making annoying squeaking noises!!!

my suspension is making squeaking noises everytime i drive over bumpy roads, and speed bumps etc... Its comming from the rear of the car. I have TRD springs installed, so I dont know if that makes a difference.. anyone know what might be causing this?? its more annoying than that hatch rattle!! Im at 4000 miles so im taking it in for my first oil change in a month or so, so i will hopefully get it fixed soon!

Do you have upgraded sway bars? If so you probably need to grease the bushings. If not, find out where the squeak is and grese the squeaky area.

Hmmm it could be your shocks. I had an annoying squeak coming from the front of my 67 mustang for awhile which was made more prominent by speed bumps and the like. It turned out to be my front passenger side shock.

What you can do is stand outside and push down on each corner of the car. Basically bounce it up and down simulating a speed bump or something. This way you'll be able to find out more closely where the noise is coming from.

my car is also making a funny squeak noise from the rear left side. i really notice it over speed bumps. i have the trd sway bar but i have not noticed this noise until the weather got colder. could it be one of the shocks or a spring? i know i greased that sway bar up real well.

i have tried to push down on the outside of the car but i guess i am not pushing hard enough to simulate a speed bump. i'm afraid if i push any harder i will leave a dent.

It my just be the springs settling. It takes about a year for springs to fully settle. How long have you have them?

I've noticed some sounds too, on my back suspension when going over certain speed bumps, also if I turn the wheel from lock to lock I sometimes hear something... what do you guys think?

I know this thread is ancient, but has anyone that experienced this problem come up with a solution, or was it the springs settling. I have had springs in for almost a month now and I am experiencing squeeking when I am going very slow over bumps. At high speeds like on the highway I do not hear any noise even on dips. it's only when I am creeping.

I have the same EXACT symptoms as JaCqEeZ on my 07' Tc. I have had the TRD springs about 2 months and have 6500 miles on the car. I have an appointment with the dealer on Thursday June 21st 2007. I'll post up what they find. If i forget to post just pm me and I'll respond.
