Default NEED OPINIONS ASAP TRD's or Hotchkis springs

I'm getting ready to order some springs right NOW. I've got 18's w/225/40/18 tires w/ 35 offset. I know the TRD's will be ok but I need to know if hotchkis will make the tires rub the fender due to the lower drop.

i would think you would be ok but im no offset+suspension expert. I run 225/40/18 also with no problems but i have the optional 18" enkei EMX which i believe are 48-45 offset? I love my Hotchkis and would only trade for coilovers. Peep the sig for pics.

A guy in the BR Scikotics has Hotchkis but he's on 17's. I like the drop I just don't want to ruin an almost new set of Toyo's

I am in the same dillemma... i actually have hotchkis springs on the way but i am second guessing my choice after seeing so many pics w/ the front lower than the back... if i could get the look yanik has i would be good to have the hotchkis springs installed immediately

Play it safe and go with the TRDs. Anyway, they won't claim that it caused any problems at the dealer if something goes wrong. Anyway, the ride height is a nice mix of comfort and little wheel gap. Looks good!

I dunno, I'm in the same dillema. I'm leaning towards Hotchkis because the pics of TRDs seem like they could use the extra half inch or so drop.

Hotchkis FTW!!!... im on this for almost a year and have the rs1 lip kit. i have no problems with going over anything and the drop it perfect. my friend is on trd but the front is way to high.. hotchkis is perfect IMO... i think the rims will fit also..

My hotchkis springs will be here anyday now... yanik's pics were the seller for me since we have the same wheels..... BUT... i dont have heavy @ss subs in the trunk to even everything out...

My hang up right now is the pics where the front is dramatically lower than the rear

Well I just placed my order for the TRD's. I'm just too big a puss to risk rubbing and hear my wife ride me about wasteing money blah blah blah so I just took the safe bet.
