So.. as many of you know I went with Raceland coilovers and now Ive decided to take them off. Going with TRD Shocks and Springs, TRD sway and upgrading brakes to slotted and hawks front pads, axis rear pads.. i think i should be good for auto x.. any one else using TRD shocks and springs? i was thinking maybe progress springs? idk.. just looking for experienced advice thanks. already have the shocks, springs, sway, pads, and rotors. just thinking of maybe going with different springs.

 

The TRD set should work well. Just make sure you also have a rear sway bar installed.

I wouldn't bother with the slotted rotors if you haven't bought yet - you won't ever notice any benefit from them in just autox.

 

was there a problem with the raceland coilovers? did you not like them?

 

after 5 months they are not holding very well (as far as tracking them goes) they sag and dont hold when pushing them hard. they are great for daily and show but for track they are taking a beating and its showing..
