Default New Rims w/ coilovers Question

Sup guys,

If I was to get 18" rims, and if i wanted to keep the same wheel gap would I have to raise the height of my car?

TIA

Not too sure, but I think you'd just have to get tires with a lower sidewall.

And I don't think coilovers offer stock height.

the wheel gap will be determined by the overall diameter of the tire. So long as you pick an 18" the same final size as the OEM tire, it will sit the same height. Unfortunately, in 18s, the 225/40 is 1/2" taller than stock, and the 225/35 is 1/2" shorter. Take your pick.

Also depending on how low you will be you might need to check out www.ingallseng.com and get that camber dialed back in to factory spec
