Me too, I thought about painting the strut with some nice paint just because I don't know how much I trust the coating against salt.

So my car ran the time attack track at the auto club speedway this weekend with racelands. No problems on the track, just don't know about the logevity of these coils with use on the track. I need to raise the car up and get new brakes so that I can get better times at the track

It handled as well as expected, brakes where fading by lap 2 though lol and the tires where getting greasy by the later laps. I am going to be getting new brakes soon and as for tires any street tire is going to get greasy after a few laps on the track

puddle or not, the water your tires pick up from the road will be flung directly at the intake. not a good idea.

either cut up the fender liner so it still shield the intake and find some way to attach it or make your own shield.

what about a filter sleeve? or will it get totally drenched, and become useless?
