I was in PR a couple months back, I can't believe you guys call those things roads, they are like beaten paths that people use lol.

 

Yea its sad the roads that we have but we make due.....funny thing is ppl in PR love to be LOW so you see them drop all the time...last time i visit saw a couple and i was about to stop them and ask them how they do it cuase literally there are sections that you have to go less then 5mph HAHAHAHAHA

and we do got one of the craziest FIEBRE ever......

fiebre = illegal car racing..

 

what about the moped fiebre, i kept seeing moped gangs with these chromed out mopeds. we have 2 PR guys on our crew and they say that modding mopeds is in lol.

 

OMG HAHAHAHA yes you can find them EVERYWHERE....and the mods they do on them are crazy....let me see if i can find some pics....at work so dont know if will be today but ill post up some pics.. hehe

Yup :/ our roads are friggin baaad... the only thing separating the actual "road" from the nature is the actual cement... In fact I think we would be better of riding in dirt :/

La Fiebre!!!!! It's literally saying the fever... there's even a saying that goes like: "La Fiebre, que nunca se quita"= "The Fever, that never goes away"

The First time I went to the "fiebre" I was like 13, You get started in it very early man !! Its super fun!!

The only problem people have here its that... nobody buy's good suspension, or if the dont like the drop n their New Springs they resort to something EVIL... cutting and/or heating springs :/

Don't get me started on this... I just had a fight with my "best bud" because of this, since he's always been a straight shooter, "No rice or immitation product" kind of person, even Rota's or any chrome rim would bother him, and about 3 days ago when I go to his house first thing I see in the driveway is one of these Moped's called "Vento's" painted some kind of maroon color... with chrome Skidplate, chrome Rims, fake CF Rearview mirrors, chrome Handle's and all that ish, and the first thing I say is ... So everybody love's these coilovers over lowering springs is that right ? cause I can't decide which to get for my tC I don't want it really low but 1" or 2 would be nice and the roads in Georgia are Good

 

Get these because once you lower it that 1-2 inches, you will want more because lowwww is an addiction. These do well and stiffen the ride. You definitely shouldn't expect it to be anything close to riding a Cadillac with these.

 

^^ mine are nowhere near slammed and the ride is awesome.

 

PR ain't all like that, Its just got some bad/good parts like everyplace :/.

Ok, I won't hate on all of Puerto Rico, but you're too crazy. I don't think I would want to meet you. haha

BTW. I looked at my top nut on the driver front coilover today and it had unscrewed like 6 turns. Make sure if you hear a knocking noise, you tighten that top nut down. Of course, I used factory nut instead of the raceland provided one. I think I might put a second nut on it to act as a locking nut.

Why did you use the Factory Nut and not the Racelands one? isn't safer with the RL?
