If you want it to handle well, go TRD. Htechs are too low for the cars geometry.

TRDs ride rougher than stock (a lower spring should ride rougher) but not too bad.

+1, couldnt have said it better myself.

The TRD springs yield the best handling of any of the springs for our car. The only way to get better is with coilovers. And as far as the ride, my car rides better than any other lowered car I've ridden in.

And yea i'm lowered on TRD's (w/ hotchkis sways, dezod endlinks. hotchkis strut tower brace, ingalls rear brace, falken azenis, and axxis ultimate pads) and i beat 240sx's (one of which had coilovers, a lsd, and summer tires) yesterday at an Auto-x

I only had one qualifying run too lol. Didn't even figure out the course until my last run (/tard) and finished 2nd in STS. Only thing i lost to was an Integra with falken azenis driven by my buddy who has autocrossed numerous times and it was my first.

usually the people here in NY have TRD's tahst y i figured one of these two would be good for the horrible NYC streets. i seen 2 people with stechs but they had OEM lip kits and there front lip was detsroyed and my boy has hotchkis and it looks really good

but i didnt weant anything so crazy TRD settles really well at around 1.5 all around and it covers that ugly wheel gap

TRDs. If you decide to switch out your shoes with 18s, these are the way to go. I've had 18x7.5s,
18x8s, and 18x8.5s (all with a +35 offset) and have almost never rubbed. Only on extreme dips.
People say TRDs don't make the tC look lowered but I beg to differ...

18x7.5

18x8

18x8.5

Looks lowered to me.

i like h-techs because the drop is lower and it rides great and handles better with the stock struts
