Oversteer/Understeer
Ok, heres the deal...
I have hotchkis sway bars on my car...everything else is stock. The sway bars are set on its tightest setting
Ive noticed recently that sometimes when i'm turning, it takes a second for the wheels to respond
For example, i can turn the steering wheel an inch or 2 in either direction, and the wheels wont respond right away.
Would this be associated with either over or understeer?
Or would it be something else...like, problems with the steering cradle?
Any ideas?

If it is under or oversteer it would actually be sliding at that point. If that is the case, set your rear sway stiffer than the front. That will increase its oversteer. Growing up on RWD, I would much rather have more tendency to oversteer, that is not too hard to control.
