Default Post-Lowering and Post-SwayBar Install Alignments

Alot of people (i.e. not all, but enough to warrant this post) are having problems finding places (at least around here) that'll do alignments after they've installed springs/coil-overs and front/rear sway bars. Alot of places simply do not want to mess with it. HOWEVER, NTB (National Tire & Battery) WILL do it. I called the one near my house (on I-30 in West Fort Worth near Ridgemar Mall) and they said they can align lowered/sway-ed/lowerd+sway-ed tC's no problem and quoted me a price of $104, plus or minus $10ish. They also said ANY of the NTB locations (and there's a crapload of them) can do it. There you have it. Lower away with no fear of not being able to get your car aligned or of long drives to a known alignment place.

Depends on where you're at. It's hard to find places that'll do stuff like that in cities with less of a tuner crowd. Like I said, this won't benefit everyone (and probably not ANYONE in CA :-p ) but it will benefit a few in a large way.

I took my car to the Toyota dealer I bought it from. They had no problem aligning it after I dropped it.

Oh my god you people are missing the damn point! That's great you didn't have a problem. I don't care. :-p This it for people that ARE having problems finding a place to do their alignment. Grrrrrrrrrrr. *shoots self*

unless you have camber correction kits installed, they only thing they gonna do is try to streighten out your toe, I dont think they can do much camber or caster correction without any adjustable kits for the tc. correct me if I'm wrong, but thats what I think...

Yeah this is mostly just your standard alignment, i.e. car pulls to left or right when you're not holding the wheel. In some cases you might not even need it. After I got my rear sway bar on, my alignment was still perfect. The front one may be a totally different matter. I'd find out, but there's no WAY I'm putting that Hotchkis front sway bar on my car. :-p I can guarantee I'll need the alignment when the Progress coilovers go on. Eep.
