Default Review my suspension

I have an 06 tC and I am planning on dropping it. I am looking at getting the TRD lowering springs and either the trd rear sway or hte Hotchkis sway bars. Im unsure which ones i should get for just daily driving and was wondering if you had any recomendations?

I was in the same position, but when I saw mcgeorgeparts.com's combo package with Hotchkis rear/front swaybars and TRD lowering springs for $350, I went with that. Check it out.

If you're just using it for daily driving the TRD springs and sway bar would probably be your best bet. You will notice a day and night difference in the handling and the nasty wheel gap will be gone to. The Hotchkis spring are my personal favorite because it evens the car out a bit more. The Hotchkis sways are great to but the front bar is a HUGE pain to install and if not done properly can cause some serious issues. If you're just looking to inprove the day to day handling of the car then the TRD set up if the way to go. Let me know if you are interested.

Get the TRD shocks at some point, too. Almost everyone on this board who has the TRD springs installed with stock shocks has something to complain about.

TRD rear sway makes a huge difference. I say go for it.

Most of the wheel gap will be gone. No you're not going to be sitting like a M5 BMW but it won't be the 4X4 suspension Toyota has on it.
