so ive had my tc for a year now and....
my tc is lowered on progress lowering springs ( 1.8 drop front and rear ) ive had them for about 6 months now and im not really satisfied the drop. i want it to go lower but i also want to get a lip kit. im saving to get the jp visage lip kit but im still sitting on my stock 17s and i know its gonna be too low of a drop with those. i also wanna get tien lowering springs. so my question is what should i do? i was thinking 18 inch rims with tien s techs and the jp visage lip kit? would that be too low?

I don't really see how going to 18's is going to make a difference if you follow the proper up-sizing process. The overall height difference between a 215/45-17 and a 225/40-18 is only .25 inches. Assuming that you want to do things right. But you only listed the diameter of the wheel you were thinking about going with, no width or offset, etc.

sigh...i am on trd springs and struts, and i'm too low. i keep wanging my exhaust and downpipe no matter how slow i go. i seriously don't understand this "i need to be even lower" mentality on daily driven cars. also, s-techs equals worse handling.
