I have their lifetime deal for over a year now and I came in 4 times already when I had my coilovers. They do a good job. The guy that works there told me that the guys get paid by the hour so they don't care how many times you come in. Never had an issue with them before.

I have the firestone lifetime alignment! I think I've been there 4 times for a full alignment so far, and no problems! They have my vote for recommondations!

I've gotten my tc aligned at Firestone also, they did a 4 wheel alignment for 170 dollars, which came w/ the lifetime alignment service!

they gave me bs that their not suppose to align lower cars. but i just told them to zero it out so my tires wear evenly.

going to get my coilovers soon to get my moneys worth on this.

I have been unable to find a single firestone in my area that will do a allignment on my car. I am on coilovers and they all say I am too low to the ground to do the allignment.

I have called every single firestone in Philadelphia and surrounding area, including lansdale, ewing, trenton, etc etc.

Anyone know of one that can do lowered cars on their lift?

I went to a Firestone in the Dallas area. I told them I was lowered and they refused me service. Told me I had to go to a private shop because no firestone will work on lowered cars. Went to a private shop. Guy did it for $60. It was fun watching them get it on the rack.

Went to 2 Firestone places in norcal so far. They keep saying for lifetime alignment they're ONLY to follow OE specifications, even if I ask to tell the mechanic to use his discretion on whether to accept my request or not. It ____ed me off but as it turns out, they somehow end up having -2degrees camber all around... exactly what I wanted. $130 is a great price for lifetime alignment. 2 visits pays for itself, modified or stock.
