Default strange feeling while braking in a turn

Does anyone else have this weird scratching feeling in the brake pedal when you brake during a turn? i know not to brake while turning but sometimes it's unavoidable. thanks

edit: usually happens when braking harder than normal

Its the ABS. And you are correct, you should not be braking in a turn. Good way to go **** around head Unless, of course, you are trail braking on a track, in which case you want the **** end to come around.

'scratching' no. but I was worried about a slight vibration I was getting until I realized that I was lifting one of the tires off the road and the ABS was kicking in. Yes, I was going too fast, braking too hard, and there was a dip in the pavement.
