Default Suspension Question

Whatsup guys, well its been about 3 months since I have gotten my tein S-techs on the car..and I was wondering how long should i wait till new shocks? I know i still have a while but had a few other questions


What else besides shocks will I need to replace?

and!

Do shocks make my car even lower than it is with the stechs?

No the shocks wont lower the car anymore than it is. As far as time, People have been running over 20,000 miles with s techs and no problems.

you got lots of time to get the shocks, but i would recommend them within the near future. Also look into getting front and rear sway bars and possibly a rear camber set to adjust the small amount of negative camber caused by the Stechs.

Your shocks will be fine depending on driving style for 15000-30000 miles give or take a few. The one thing you need to worry about is CAMBER! Right now you are eating away at your expensive tires! I would get it alligned. You can dial in the rear with the factory range of adjustment. For the front check out WWW.INGALLSENG.COM they have some great ways to dial that front back into factory spec

it looks like i have no camber however..my tires aer 8.5inch wide

so idk if thats the reason they arnt tilting anywhere..but yeah i sll have to get ana llignemtn,,

A general rule is for every inch lowered you are about 1 degree off on factory specs. You should be out of factory spec with any spring on the market. Just go get that allignment and save your nice tires
